She oversaw the company’s annual multi-million-dollar sales in Virginia (USA) for seven years. She is the recipient of the “People’s Choice” Award, for being an apt and a phenomenal leader whose primary focus is on delivering an unparalleled customer experience. She is also a recipient of the International Trade Council Go-Global Frontrunner Awards 2021 for Professional Services.

Experience

Mavis also worked as the Human Resource Supervisor for Sears, another fortune 500 company in the United States of America (USA). She is a member of the International Trade council for both the United States’ and its Ghana Chapters. She is also a Mentor for the International Trade Council.  Mavis is also the executive Director for a Jewel in the street foundation, an NGO that seeks to the empowerment of the girl child especially head-porters.

Mavis is also the CEO of Global Sky Holdings (USA) and an advisory board member of Innovation of Empowerment and Development (IFED Global).  She is also the Board Secretary for Switch up Experience GH, an organization that deals in tourism.

Mavis Leonards is also an Entrepreneur, a Mentor, a Philanthropist, a Public Speaker, and a Motivational Speaker.

Mavis A. Leonards affectionately referred to as MD has over twenty years of leadership and management experiences and continues to move and lead Novalle Ebullience Limited and other impactful companies.
