After graduating from Jayee University College in 2011 with a Diploma in Journalism and a degree in Strategic Communication from the African University College of Communication in 2014 both in Ghana, Enyonam, founded and began hosting the BizTrends Show which is in its third (3) year and has interviewed a roster of experts – both practitioners and academics in the agricultural industry on topics related to entrepreneurship agribusiness development with a focus on the impact it has on local Ghanaian economy.
Presently, Enyonam is producing and hosting her second critically acclaimed TV Show called The Ghanaian Farmer which airs on DSTV Channel 281, GOTV Channel 180 and on Joy Prime Television. Episodes are also available on Ghanaian farmer digital online platforms, including Facebook and YouTube.
Enyonam, firmly believes legacy building is very important to one’s choices in their lives journey. She says “the agricultural and agribusiness industry are the catalysts for building community and advancing change in Africa“ this inspired her to establish the Count On Crops Hub, the brain behind GAEOF EXCELLENCE AWARDS, which recognize and celebrate prolific and distinguished Agric Extension Officers with special focus on women in the agricultural industry.
For her groundbreaking work, Enyonam, have had several awards nomination and has won two (2) awards , Biz Trends was adjourned the Overall SME Support Platform Of The Year by the Young Entrepreneur Awards organized by Youth Business Network Foundation in collaboration with Ministry of Business Development, YEA, NEIP and Ministry of Labour and Employment Relations, and In 2018, won Small and Medium Enterprise Sized (SME) Media Reportage Award at SMEGA Awards. This award scheme is organized by Imagine8 Company Ltd. The Small and Medium Enterprise Sized – SME Ghana Awards (SMEGA) is an annual National Award Scheme for Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs). SMEGA is instituted to recognize the countless achievements of Micro businesses, SMEs and Individuals of Entrepreneurial excellence in Ghana.
Also part of Enyonam`s accomplishment includes being named one of the thirty (30) most influential women from the Volta Region during the Volta Women Regional Summit, an honary member of the Young African Media Summit and a trustess on the board of the National Academy of Students’ Achievement Awards (NASAAG).
Enyonam believes that her objectives would remain centered on locating the nexus and supporting the linkages of the agricultural industry, as well as mainstreaming these activities, so that they are viewed as drivers for inclusive economic growth and development in Ghana and abroad.
