As a passionate youth development activist, in which I find my divine purpose, I committedly dedicate my intellect, energy, and resources to empower students & youth to cultivate entrepreneurship and business culture, Leadership, and Managerial competence, to develop attitude, skills and, knowledge beyond academic qualification to enable them to meet contemporary industrial standards for the job market.
Over the years, since 2018, I have organized, partnered and featured on several events on youth empowerment, development and transformation conferences, capacity building summits and workshops on entrepreneurship, business, and leadership, career guidance and have encouraged and trained over 5000 + youth, students from the High School (secondary) level and Tertiary (Universities/Colleges) in Ghana.
I have served/worked as coordinator of some national youth programmes like the;
Consultant for Hadassah Network Outreach “Youth Explosion Summit 2021” and “Extraordinary Ladies Conference 2022”
Coordinator for Ghana’s Youth Employment Agency’s maiden nationwide “Job, Career and Entrepreneurship Fair 2021” under Novalle Consultancy.
Member of planning committee and coordinator for the 2021 edition of the “Young Entrepreneurs Summit & Expo” by the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs.
Western and Central Regional Sensitization Workshop on Africa Continental Free Trade Agreement (AFCFTA) by GIZ and Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs
Voluntarily assisted the launch of Global Africa Trade Advisory Chamber
